Dvara Holdings is inviting applications for an in-office Legal Internship with our Legal team based in Chennai.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial legal work across a diverse group of companies in the financial inclusion and technology space.
📍 Details
• Location: Chennai (in-office only)
• Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance and project needs)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Stipend: Paid internship
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and MoUs
• Conducting legal and regulatory research on corporate and fintech laws
• Supporting transactional and compliance documentation
• Preparing internal notes, trackers, and summaries
• Exposure to governance and business-legal strategy in a holding company environment
🎓 Eligibility
• Law students in 3rd year and above (5-year course) or 2nd year and above (3-year course)
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Keen interest in corporate, fintech, and commercial law
• Must be available to work from the Chennai office
