Dr. Razit Sharma

Dr. Razit Sharma is an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Law School Dehradun, The ICFAI University, with about 15 years of academic experience at the UG, PG, and doctoral levels. He holds a Doctorate from the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and an LL.M. from Department of Laws, HP University, Shimla, and qualified UGC-NET (Law) in 2012. He has authored three books- Police Administration in India: The Legal Developments (2015), Law Relating to Trademarks: Infringement and Allied Aspects (2016), and Water Management in India: A Legal Approach (2024) – along with course units for Uttarakhand Open University on Patent Law, Cyber Law, and RTI. He has published over 30 research papers in national and international journals, presented at numerous conferences and seminars, and organized legal awareness camps in rural Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
