About TNLRC

The Tamil Nadu Legal Rights Consortium (TNLRC), operating under the National Legal Rights Consortium of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), bridges the gap between legal rights and real-world access to justice, with a special focus on women and marginalized communities.

What’s on Offer

TNLRC invites motivated female law students to join as Consortium Members for the 2025–26 term, with a flexible hybrid model (online + offline).

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Advocating for legal rights and reforms
  • Leading rights-awareness campaigns and community outreach
  • Facilitating pro bono legal support through an advocate network
  • Collaborating with legislators and government bodies
  • Monitoring and reporting on rights violations

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Women only

Academic: Enrolled in a Bar Council of India-recognized law college or university (preferably residing in or studying in Tamil Nadu)

Experience: Prior internships or involvement in legal, PR, social media, or graphic/design work (Adobe, Canva) are encouraged

Duration & Perks

Tenure: 1 year (2025–26)

Format: Hybrid (online + offline)

Reward: Certificate upon successful completion
