The Lex Lumen Research Journal invites students, researchers, and academicians to participate in our 1st Research Writing Competition 2025 a platform to showcase your academic excellence, contribute to legal discourse, and gain recognition in the research community.
Theme & Topics
Main Theme:
India–US Relations in a Changing World: Diplomacy, Trade, and Strategic Shifts.
Other Accepted Topics:
Any law-related or socio-legal topic is welcome, provided it is original, well-researched, and analytical.
Eligibility
- Open to students, researchers, academicians, and legal professionals.
- Participants from all disciplines may apply, provided their topic is law-related or socio-legal.
- Submissions must be in English only.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Submission Requirements:
Originality: Only original, unpublished works are accepted. Authors must ensure their work hasn’t been published elsewhere.
Plagiarism & AI Check: All submissions are checked for plagiarism & AI to maintain academic integrity. The journal requires a similarity index of less than 10% and no AI detected content.
Language: Manuscripts must be strictly in English, clear, and concise.
Word Count: Submissions should be:
- 3000- 8000 words
Content Of Paper:
- The Content of Your Article Must Include the Following:
- Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and include essential and relevant keywords.
- Abstract: Provide a succinct summary of the research, typically between 150 to 250 words, encapsulating the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: List pertinent keywords to facilitate efficient search and indexing.
- Introduction: Clearly introduce the research topic, delineate the problem, and articulate the objectives.
- Methods: Offer a detailed and comprehensive description of the experimental or analytical methods employed.
- Results: Present the findings with precision, utilizing appropriate tables, graphs, and statistical analyses.
- Discussion: Provide an in-depth interpretation of the results, discuss their implications, and compare them with previous research.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and underscore their significance.
- References: Compile a comprehensive list of all sources cited in the manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s specified style.
Formatting Requirements:
- First Page: Include the title of the paper, names of the authors, and their institutional affiliations, followed by an abstract.
- Second Page: Commence the main body of the manuscript from the second page.
Text Style of manuscript should be:
- Use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing for the main text.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, size 10, with 1.0 line spacing.
- Headings: Ensure all headings have uniform formatting.
- References and Footnotes: Adhere to the Bluebook 19th or 20th Edition guidelines for references and footnotes.
